nsslapd-accesslog-logging-enabled (Access Log Enable Logging)

Disables and enables accesslog logging but only in conjunction with the
nsslapd-accesslog
to record each database access.
For access logging to be enabled this attribute must be switched to
nsslapd-accesslog
