- Page 4 1. Plug the USB connector into any free USB port on your console. 2. Wait around five seconds, then press the HOME button to register the gamepad on the console. The gamepad’s LEDs will flash during the registration process; once complete, one of the LEDs will remain solid indicating the player number.
