IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS WARNING-To guard against injury, basic safety precautions should be observed including the following: READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 1. DANGER-To avoid possible electric shock, special care should be taken since water is employed in the use of aquarium equipment. Follow these safety instructions carefully. 2. - Page 3 with a residual operating current not exceeding 30mA. If the appliance shows any sign of current leakage or if the GFI switches off, disconnect the power supply from mains and remove the appliance from the water. 8. WARNING: Do not permit children to use this appliance unless they are closely supervised by an adult at all times.

ELITE JET-FLO underwater filters are equipped with a venturi system 1. Connect the airline hose to the output adapter as shown in (Fig. 1). 2. Affix the hose clip to the power cord to ensure that the venturi stays out of the water. (Fig. 2) 3. -

FILTER MAINTENANCE CAUTION: Disconnect the electrical plug of all appliances inside the aquarium before putting hands in the water. We recommend cleaning the filter sponge, magnetic impeller and impeller well (where the magnetic impeller is located) at least once a month and dose with Nutrafin Cycle to restore beneficial bacteria. - Page 6 U.S.: Rolf C.
