    Refer to your Harley-Davidson’s factory service manual for detailed disassembly and reassembly procedures. Most installations will reuse the factory screws, hardware, and grilles, so be sure to keep all original components on hand. The following instructions and diagrams will walk you through installing your NVX XFHD5F speakers step-by-step.

    2. Install the New Speakers The NVX XFHD5R speakers are designed to integrate seamlessly with the factory wiring. Connect the factory female terminals to the male terminals on the XFHD5R speakers—they will only fit one way. If your bike previously had aftermarket speakers installed, you may need to re-terminate the factory wiring with the appropriate connectors (not included).
