    IAG-BDY-F1301 IAG Bronco Mud Flaps For 2021+ Bronco Congratulations on the purchase of your IAG Bronco Mud Flaps, and thank you for choosing IAG Off Road! These instructions are intended for users with basic mechanical skills. Professional installation is not required.
  • Page 4 Left Front Mud Flap Right Front Mud Flap Left Rear Mud Flap Right Rear Mud Flap (X2) Front Inner Bracket (X2) Front Outer Bracket (X2) Push Clips Rear Slider Bracket (Passenger side) Rear Slider Bracket (Driver side) Rear Upper Bracket (Driver side) Rear Lower Bracket (Passenger side)
  • Page 5 Step 1 Remove the front fender flare from the drivers side. Rotate the locking tabs on the inside of the fender flare 90° to disengage the tabs. Step 1 pt. 2 Pull the fender flare away from the vehicle using even force, and set fender flare aside.
  • Page 6 Step 3 Prepare the Front Inner Bracket. Install the bracket behind the fender with the studs facing out. Step 4 Reinstall the fender liner, reuse one of the factory push clips as shown. Step 5 Prepare the Front Outer Bracket and two 10mm nuts. Install the bracket onto the studs.
  • Page 7 Step 6 Reinstall the fender flare. Rotate the locking tabs 90° to secure the flare. Step 7 Prepare LF Mud Flap and two 5mm Allen Bolts. Install Mud Flap onto the outer bracket, use Allen bolts and washers. Do not tighten. Step 8 Prepare one of the provided push clips.
  • Page 8 Step 9 Adjust Mud Flap to align with fender flare, then tighten the mudflap hardware. (10Nm) Note: Check clearance between Mud Flap and OEM rock rail. The rock rail may need loosened and adjusted if the Mud Flap makes contact. Step 10 Remove the rear fender flare from the drivers side.
  • Page 9 Step 12 Remove shown push clip from fender liner and fold fender liner aside. Step 13 Install the clip nut onto the fender as shown. Unfold the fender liner. Step 14 Prepare the Rear Upper Bracket for the drivers side, and a 5mm Allen bolt.
  • Page 10 Step 15 Install the bracket onto the fender. Reinstall the factory 10mm bolt, and install the provided 5mm Allen bolt with a washer. Tighten the bolts. (10Nm) Plastic Frame Rear Bumper Metal Frame Rear Bumper For vehicles equipped with a plastic For vehicles equipped with a metal rear bumper, (15mm and 13mm bolt) rear bumper, (two 13mm bolts)
  • Page 11 Step 16 (Plastic Bumper) Remove the 15mm and 13mm bolts from the bumper Step 16 pt. 2 Prepare the Rear Lower Bracket for the drivers side. Step 16 pt. 3 Install the Lower Bracket onto the bumper, and reinstall factory bolts. Tighten the bolts.
  • Page 12 Step 17 (Metal Bumper) Remove the two 13mm bolts from the bumper. Step 17 pt. 2 Prepare the Rear Lower Bracket for the drivers side. Step 17 pt. 3 Install the Lower Bracket onto the bumper, reinstall one of the factory 13mm bolts but do not tighten.
  • Page 13 Step 17 pt. 4 Prepare the Spacer Bracket and a 5mm Allen bolt. Install the Spacer Bracket onto the bumper, install the factory 13mm bolt, and the 5mm Allen Bolt with washer. Step 17 pt. 5 Tighten the two 13mm bolts. (20Nm) Tighten the 5mm Allen bolt.
  • Page 14 Step 18 pt. 2 Install the Slider Bracket onto the Mud Flap with the notch facing up. Install the Allen bolts with washers and tighten. (10Nm) Step 19 If vehicle is equipped with Bumper Flares, remove the flares. Remove the three 3/8 screws from the flare.
  • Page 15 Step 21 Install the Mud Flap Slider onto the studs of the Lower Bracket Step 22 Install a 5mm Allen bolt and washer into the Mud Flap and Upper Bracket Do not tighten. Step 23 Install two 10mm nuts and washers onto the studs of the Lower Bracket.
  • Page 16 Step 24 Reinstall the fender flare. Rotate the locking tabs 90° to secure the flare. Step 25 Adjust Mud Flap to align with fender flare. Step 25 pt. 2 Tighten the Mud Flap hardware. (10Nm)
