The Floating Solar Lantern comes with one AAA rechargeable / replaceable battery. Follow these instructions for operation, product care, and storage. The
Solar Lantern will be set in the OFF position and must be turned ON before it can be charged in the sun. MUST REPLACE WITH
AAA RECHARGEABLE BATTERY.
The ON / OFF switch is located on the underside of the solar unit. Turn the unit over and switch to the ON position and place outside in the direct sun for
approximately 10 hours to become fully charged. Leave the lantern in the ON position unless you are preparing to store the product. The Solar Lantern will
illuminate at dusk and will hold light for up to 8 hours.
Product Care / Storage
It is important to remember that although the Solar Lantern is water-resistant it must NOT BE SUBMERGED as this will render the lantern inoperable. Rinse
the lantern / base with tap water to remove any chemicals from the pool and dry completely before storing for the season. When storing your Solar Lantern
for the season, turn the Lantern to the OFF position to help save the battery life.

MARCHE (ON) et mettre à l'extérieur sous la lumière directe du soleil pendant environs 10 heures pour obtenir une charge complète. Laisser la lanterne en
position MARCHE (ON), à moins de vouloir préparer le produit pour l'entreposage. La lanterne solaire s'allumera à la tombée de la nuit et restera allumée
jusqu'à 8 heures.
Entretien du produit et entreposage
Il est important de se rappeler que bien que la lanterne solaire soit résistante à l'eau, elle ne DOIT PAS ÊTRE IMMERGÉE, car la lanterne deviendra alors
inutilisable. Rincer la lanterne et la base avec de l'eau du robinet pour éliminer tout résidu chimique provenant de la piscine et sécher complètement avant
de l'entreposer. Lorsque vous entreposez la lanterne solaire pour la période hivernale, mettre la lanterne en position ARRÊT (OFF) afin de protéger la du-
rée de vie de la pile.

El interruptor de ENCENDIDO / APAGADO (ON / OFF) se encuentra en la parte inferior de la unidad solar. Dé vuelta a la unidad y cambie a la posición de
ENCENDIDO (ON) y colóquela afuera bajo la luz directa del sol aproximadamente por 10 horas para que se cargue completamente. Deje la linterna en la

cendida por hasta 8 horas.
Cuidado y almacenamiento del producto
Es importante recordar que aunque la linterna solar es resistente al agua NO SE DEBE SUMERGIR ya que esto la dejará inoperable. Enjuague la linterna/
base con agua del grifo para eliminar cualquier producto químico de la piscina y séquela completamente antes de guardarla por la temporada. Cuando
guarde su linterna solar por la temporada, ponga el interruptor de la linterna en la posición de apagado (OFF) para ahorrar la vida de la pila.
