14. TROUBLESHOOTING
14.1 Possible Failures
Certain problems are due to lack of
simple maintenance or oversights, which
can be solved easily without calling
out an engineer. Before contacting
your local Service Centre, please check
troubleshooting below.
Once the problem has been eliminated,
press the Start/Pause touch key to restart
the programme. If after all checks, the
problem persists, contact your local
Service Centre.
WARNING!
Deactivate the appliance before you
do the checks.
Alarm code:
The appliance does not fill with water
properly.
The appliance does not drain the
water.

The door has not been closed.

Run Machine Clean cycle.
** Machine Clean can be found
through the program options in the
App.If you have not accessed the
App and set a Favourite program
then "Machine Clean" can also be
accessed through the
"App Favourite" on the Selector
Knob as it is the Default program
Note : After finished cycle, please turn off then
turn on the machine again.
Solution
Close the door firmly.
Insert the plug into the power
socket.
Please check your domestic
electrical installation.
Press the Start/Pause touch key.
If the laundry are to be washed
immediately, cancel the "Finish In".
Wait until the main supply is
stable. Appliance will start
automatically.
Open the water tap.
Check the inlet hose connection.
Clean the water inlet hose filter.
Close the door firmly.
