WARRANTY, GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS Finish Thompson, Inc (manufacturer) warrants this pump product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase by original purchaser. INSTALLATION 1. Unpack motor from carton. Check for shipping damage. If damage is detected, save the packaging and notify the carrier immediately. 2. Loosen the nut on the motor housing by turning it counterclockwise (as viewed from the bottom of the motor). Note that the nut remains on the motor even when loosened. -

OPERATION The MT series motors utilize an ON/OFF rocker switch for simple ON/OFF operation, and a manual push-to reset circuit breaker. In the event of an over-current trip, the motor should be turned off and the circuit breaker can be reset. If the motor thermally trips off and the circuit breaker is not tripped, it can be reset by turning off the motor and allowing it to cool. - Page 13 Unplug the unit when not in use. Depending on the application, motor brush life is approximately 200-300 hours. Contact Finish Thompson for brush replacement kits. Models M3XV, M5XV, M77, M78, M7XV.
