Introduction
The Australian Monitor Installation Series SC2, 2 Way Stereo Converter
converts consumer level signals to professional level & vice versa. Input 1
will convert a pair of professional balanced XLR signals to a consumer
level stereo RCA signal & input 2 will convert a consumer level stereo RCA
signal to a pair of professional level balanced XLR signals. Each stereo
path has its own volume control & the AMIS SC2 is powered by a supplied
12 VDC power supply. As part of the AMIS Contractor Tools range, the
AMIS SC2 is an inexpensive stereo converter that has a multitude of uses in
a wide variety of installations.

Description

Front Panel

• Power LED: This LED indicates the unit is "on"
• Input 2 RCA to XLR Level: This controls the level of the input 2 stereo
RCA's to output 2 stereo XLR's.
• Input 1 XLR to RCA Level: This controls the level of input 1 stereo
XLR's to output 1 stereo RCA's.
• Input 2 Stereo RCA's: These -10dB RCA inputs are for connection
from consumer level source output, such as a cassette deck or CD
player.
• Output 1 Stereo RCA's: These -10dB RCA inputs are for connection to
consumer level source output, such as a cassette deck or video
recorder.

Back Panel

• 12VDC Power input: This input accepts power from the supplied
12VDC power supply. Note that the tip is Negative.
