    Safety Precautions Anyone who is involved in the setting up, use and maintenance of the General safety Hold-o-mat warm holding cabinet must have read and understood all instruction the operating instructions, especially the “Safety precautions” section. This warm holding cabinet has been manufactured and tested in ac- cordance with the applicable standards.

    The door may only be rehinged by specialist personnel (qualified electrician, service fitter, Hugentobler AG authorised sales person), and only in accordance with the customer service instruction provided for this purpose.

    Refit the cover caps on the narrow side and the inside of the door. The door must not be fitted upside down, as in this case the dehumidifica- tion vent would no longer be in the optimum position. Therefore, the door handle must also be repositioned.
