Congratulations and thank you for purchasing the DISTA T300 pedometer. This multi-function product will enable you to monitor your training. It measures the number of steps you take and computes the distance you cover, the number of calories you consume and how long you exercise.

These two products clip together to form a single unit, so you can gauge your activity level while listening to FM stations. 1.
