Step 1: Disconnect Fan Power
Disconnect Fan Power Supplies
Locate and disconnect the power supplies for Fan3 and Fan4.
Step 2: Remove Top Cover
Remove Fixed Screws and Lid
Remove two fixed screws, then push the lid along the indicated direction to detach it.
Step 3: Disconnect Connectors
Disconnect Hash Board and MM Board Connectors
Carefully remove all connectors linking the hash boards and the MM board.
Step 4: Unplug Power and Control Connectors
Unplug Power, Temperature, and Fan Connectors
Unplug the small white power connector, large white temperature connector, and black fan connectors.
Step 5: Remove Fan Connectors
Press and Pull Fan Connectors
Press and hold the connectors for Fan1 and Fan2 before pulling them out.
Step 6: Remove MM Board
Remove MM Board Screws and Board
Take out two fixed screws attaching the MM Board, then remove the board carefully.
Step 7: Remove Aluminum Strips
Remove Screws from Aluminum Strips
Remove ten fixed screws attached to the two aluminum strips and detach the strips.
Step 8: Remove Front and Rear Panels
Remove Fan Assembly Panels
Remove front and rear fixed screws (12 total) diagonally, then detach panels with fan assemblies.
Step 9: Remove Hash Boards
Carefully Remove Hash Boards
Push hash boards in the indicated direction and pull them out one by one.
Align Heat Sink Slots
Ensure front heat sink slots align correctly with the right track during removal or reassembly.
Step 10: Remove Heat Sinks
Remove Heat Sinks from Hash Boards
Remove 18 screws to detach heat sinks from both sides of each hash board.
Heat Sink Alignment and Orientation
Note uneven hole distribution on heat sinks and ensure hash boards align properly with heat sinks.
Step 11: Install Power Supply
Add Thermal Grease
Apply a small amount of silicon thermal grease (2W/m·K) evenly over the chips.
Mount Power Supply Unit
Place the power supply on top, ensuring clips face you, then press down and move it away to secure.
Reassembly Instructions
Align Power Supply with Framework
Match framework hooks to power supply openings, align, and push until a click is heard.
Reverse Disassembly Order
Follow the disassembly steps in reverse order to reassemble the device correctly.
