It is usually mounted slightly lower on the side of the main reservoir, which assures the user an easier work when it comes to mixing insecticides.

This is ensured by the hydraulic valve through the mechanism with a wheel.

Person A removes the screws from the sprayer which are inserted into the holder on the guides (figure 11.12 and figure 11.13), person B helps with the lifting of the guiding sheet metal, so that person A can straighten the sheet metal and insert the screws in the upper holes and tighten them.

You are operating them from inside the tractor cabin. Boom 18m-H consists of a cart (018.01.592), cart guide (018.01.594), shoulder (018.01.595), arm1-L (018.01.600), arm1-D (018.01.601), arm 2-L (018.01.602), arm 2-D (018.01.603) and final arm (018.01.605).

AGS 2000/3000 EN (18m-H, 21m-H. 24m-H) INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE 12 MAINTENANCE 12.1 Cleaning the sprayer After every single use of the sprayer, the appliance must be thoroughly cleaned. The best way to use any excess insecticide is to dilute it with water and spray it on the same surface again. The concentration should be at least 10% (10 units of water per one unit of insecticide), the spraying speed slightly faster and the spraying pressure slightly lower (1.5 bar, depending on the nozzle).
AGS 2000/3000 EN (18m-H, 21m-H. 24m-H) INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE After cleaning the sprayer with a detergent, fill the tank to at least 1/5 with clean water and repeat the cleaning process. Make sure that you have cleaned all elements that have come in contact with the insecticide or the detergent.
