    Setting up the coloQuick unit Installation • Pasteur II weighs 50 kg / 110 lbs. and MAXX 4 weighs 90 kg / 200 lbs. The machines must be handled with care. • Unpack the machine and remove all wrapping before starting.

    The pasteurization function is used to reduce the number of viable pathogens in the colostrum. The colostrum goes through mild heating and cooling periods during the process. For an optimal pasteurization process, the machine must be on and the coloQuick unit must have a temperature of 42 ⁰C / 107 ⁰F.
