• With the arrow facing up, line up and connect one end of the included blue mini-DIN cable to the connector labeled "HEAD UNIT" on the HDM90. The cable and connector are keyed to only fit one way. Make sure not to turn the cable when connecting as it may damage the pins in the cable. - Page 3 HDM90 OPERATION HD Radio™ AM/FM Tuner Operation Overview The HDM90 HD Radio Tuner receives both analog and digital radio stations. Once connected, the HDM90 provides a higher quality digital version of many existing radio stations, and enables extra HD2 and HD3 FM radio stations called multicast channels.
- Page 4 HDM90 OPERATION HD Radio™ AM/FM Tuner Operation Setting Multicast Presets Multicast channels can be set as a preset radio station (1-6) just like analog radio stations, by holding the button for desired preset number down for about 3 seconds. Presets may be set in any band: FM1, FM2, FM3, AM1 or AM2.
