Pull down on both handles until the bead slide off
the rim.

Remove mounting components and flip the tire
off, forcing the tire off the rim.

Remove Pin and remove the Forcing Handle
assembly from the Locking Nut.

Warning!
Sharp edges can be left on the rim.
Be sure to wear heavy-duty work gloves and to
use caution when handling.

Lubricate each bead with to facilitate sliding of
the bead over the rim (Windex® window cleaner
is a good lubricant substitute.)
15.
Push down on tire until there is enough room to
place the ball end of the Mounting/Demounting
Tool (11) under the bead on the opposite end of
the tire. See Figure 5.

16.
Push handle of Mounting/Demounting Tool down,
raising the bead above the rim. See Figure 5.
17.
With ball end still under the bead, pull handle of
Mounting/Demounting Tool around in a clockwise
direction. Hold tire to prevent it from turning.

Raise tire so that lower bead is just under the
upper lip of the rim. See Figure 6.

Position the ball end of Mounting/Remounting
Tool under lower bead of tire.
20.
Push down on handle to push lower bead above
the rim.

Pull handle of Mounting/Remounting Tool
clockwise to remove bottom bead from the rim.
See Figure 6.

Warning!
Failure to use Bead lubricant when
removing the tire from the rim may result in
damage to the bead.
installing tire operation
1.
To mount a new or repaired tire, lubricate the
inside and outside both tire beads.
2.
Push the lower bead onto the rim as far as it will
go without forcing it. See Figure 7.

note:
With proper use of bead lubricant, the
first bead should slide complete onto the rim.
In cases where it does not, the Mounting/
Demounting Tool can be used to install the first
bead.
4.
Place the cut-out center of the Mounting/
Demounting Tool over the Locking Nut. See
Figure 8.
