1. When is the certificate available?

2. We want to connect to SCAN from more than one computer.

7. Who should I contact if I have any problems or questions?
When you have received certificate, the certificate is already available. Please install it and
try to connect to SCAN.
What you need to do is only installing new certificate into all those computers (with copied
certificate file) by the same procedure mentioned in this document.
Please refer to "Trouble Shooting" section in this document which will help you to solve
your problem. If your problem will not be solved, please contact SCAN support desk with
detailed report of your problem.
Please refer to section 2 and start [Certificate Manager]. Then, select expired certificate
and press [Remove] button.
First of all, please confirm SCAN administrator in your company whether he/she has
original certificate or not. If he/she doesn't have it, please contact SCAN support desk and
ask to reissue certificate. SCAN support desk send certificate to SCAN administrator by
E-mail again.
All notice related SCAN certificate will be informed to SCAN administrator in your
company. Therefore, if SCAN administrator has changed, please inform SCAN support
desk about new SCAN administrator.
When you have any problems or questions, please refer to this manual and try to solve
them. Furthermore, SCAN administrator in your company may help you.
If you cannot solve them, please summarize your problem or question and contact following
SCAN support desk.
