WAIST TRIMMER BELT
Congratulations on the purchase of your waist trimmer belt. The belt is a
high compression waist trainer that can help trim your midsection. Made
with latex free premium neoprene, simply place the trimmer around
your waist with the Velcro closure in the front. The waist trimmer belt is
designed to wear underneath your workout attire.
Please follow the guidelines below to ensure the best possible experience
with your belt.
When performing abdominal exercises, your body will produce heat that
your waist trimmer belt will keep within, causing excess sweat. This excess
sweat can help reduce excess water weight.
1. It is critical to keep your body hydrated while you are wearing
the waist trimmer belt.
2. Do not use if you are allergic to neoprene. If you are unsure,
test the product first and discontinue if a rash or irritation
develops. Do not wear over any open wounds or if you are
susceptible to dermatitis.
3. Do not wear for extended periods of time. 2 hours is the
maximum period of use but can be used daily. Do not wear
while sleeping.
4. The product is designed to use during exercise, it is not
intended for any other purpose such as back support or aid in
lifting.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Upon initial use, wipe down your waist trimmer with a damp cloth. Use a
clean dry cloth to fully dry off or air-dry it overnight until fully dry.
To keep your waist trimmer belt clean, use a clean wet cloth and mild
soap to wipe down the inner lining of the belt. Wipe several times and
then rinse with warm water. Use a clean dry cloth to wipe fully dry, or air-
dry overnight.
It is important that you do not wash your waist trimmer belt in a washing
machine as this can cause the fabric to stretch out or damage the
neoprene or lining.
Do not machine dry or use an iron on your waist trimmer belt as the
neoprene can melt and damage to your belt and/or iron.
