SAFETY PRECAUTIONS 1. Please read instructions thoroughly before assembly. Familiarize yourself with all parts 2. Assemble according to instructions and only use listed items 3. It is recommended that another person assist you with assembly of the bench 4. Only use for recommended exercises and intended use 5. Inspect parts periodically for wear and tear and replace when needed 6. Watch children and pets around the bench 7. Do not place any sharp objects on the bench 8. Be sure that plenty of space is available around the bench to perform intended exercises 9. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program to insure you are in good health to begin exercising. ASSEMBLY 1. Make sure you have plenty of open space and ventilation to assemble your bench 2. Use floor padding, such as cardboard or mat to avoid scratching your floor during assembly 3. The nuts and bolts contain a slight amount of grease to protect them from corrosion. It is advised to keep a rag handy to wipe your hands 4. Some items have been pre‐assembled prior to shipment. They are shown on the assembly drawings for reference in the event replacement parts are needed. 5. With many different bolt lengths, please use caution to use the correct bolt length called for at each step of assembly. 6. A socket wrench is advisable for easy assembly ... -
