IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is
SHADE (E)
wider than the other). As a safety feature to reduce the
risk of electrical shock and fire, this plug will fit in a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully
in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit,
contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an
HARP (D)
extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do
not alter this safety feature.
This lamp is for indoor use only. The lamp should not be
used near water. Never immerse the lamp in water or
other liquids. Never cover the lamp with any object
including cloth or paper as this is a fire hazard. Do not
SADDLE (C)
handle the bulb immediately after the light is turned off
as it will be hot. This is not a toy.
SOCKET ASSEMBLY (B)
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Carefully remove all parts from the carton.
BASE (A)
2. Gently pull the cord from the bottom of the lamp until
the Socket Assembly (B) is close enough to screw into Base
(A)
3. Screw Socket Assembly (B) Counter Clockwise until tight
against Base (A)
4.Place Harp (D) into Saddle (C)
5. Place Shade (E) onto Harp (D) and secure in place with
FInial (F)
Requires 1x60W Type A Medium Base Bulb (not included)
6. Screw in light bulb into the lamp and enjoy!
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE:
1. Unplug the fixture before cleaning.
2. Use a clean, dry, soft, lint-free cloth.
3. Do not use water or other chemical cleaning agents.
