1. What can I do if I cannot get any signal via this adapter?
(1) Ensure that you connect this adapter to an HDMI device and a VGA monitor. Please kindly
note that this adapter doesn't support VGA to HDMI.
(2) If possible, test this adapter with another VGA cable and monitor.
(3) Choose VGA as the signal input source, and lower the resolution for a try.
2. How can I troubleshoot if the monitor keeps flashing?
(1) Re-plug the device to ensure every part is connected properly.
(2) Test this adapter with another shorter cable.
(3) Lower the resolution for a try.
