JBL LIVE 300 Troubleshooting

Here are a couple of troubleshooting tips to use with customers:
1. These are true wireless headphones that use Bluetooth connectivity. Bluetooth connectivity
can be variable based upon the device being used, environmental conditions, etc
2. Bluetooth should deliver up to 30 feet of wireless range but can be variable depending on
the environment and things like walls, other electronic devices, etc
3. Please make sure the customer has updated their device to the latest software version
including the most update version of Bluetooth
4. Please make sure the customer has both earbuds fully charged before using
5. These headphones come with 3 sets of silicone ear tips so the customer can customize them
for the best fit to their ears. If the headphones are falling out please have them swap the
tips to larger size. If they are too tight, please have the customer swap the tip to a smaller
size.
