Q: Why the product cannot reach 1000M?
A: It depends on your internet environment, the type of your device and bandwidth of your router.
To reach 1000M,
1. make sure the USB C port is USB 3.0 or above.
2. The cable has to be CAT6 or higher version.
3. Check the setting of your bandwidth allocation.
If the speed cannot reach 1000M, please contact us via support@uniaccessories.com, we will solve
your problem within 24 hours.
Q: Why the product does not work?
A: Please check with the following steps:
1）Check the compatibility in product description page.
2）Make sure your phone/tablet support ethernet and the USB port has to be at least USB 3.0.
3）Try other devices with USB A ports and check the working status.

A: Please do not worry, getting hot is normal when the product transferring signals. The product will
not be affected since it is made from heat-resisting material.
Q: Can it charge my device?
A: The product does not support charging. It is designed for internet.
Q: Does it require driver?
A: No it doesn't. It can work without driver.
