Troubleshooting Guide
1. What can I do if I am unable to get this Bluetooth receiver paired with my Bluetooth device?
(1) Ensure that the Bluetooth receiver is connected to a power source and the 3.5mm end is
plugged properly first. Then this unit will automatically turn on and enter pairing mode.
(2) Open the Bluetooth setting on your phone, and search "Ugreen-70601", and click, then you
will hear the voice prompt "connected".
(3) Clear the paired record on your phone A if you intend to pair it with phone B.
(4) If you still cannot pair it successfully, pair this Bluetooth receiver with another device.
2. How can I troubleshoot it if I can pair it successfully but there is no sound?
(1) If you mean there is no sound for the audio function, please increase the volume and check if
your speaker itself can work properly when not using this receiver.
(2) If you mean you're unable to hear the sound when making a phone call, please ensure that the
distance is less than 19inch.
3. What can I do if the sound keeps cutting in and out?
(1) Re-plug the receiver and power to ensure all parts are connected properly.
(2) Ensure the receiver near to the phone or computers (33ft at max with no obstacles). The
distance should be less than 19inch if you're making a phone call.
(3) Please keep away from 2.4GHz high-frequency transmitting equipment such as the microwave
oven, server room, power station to prevent interruption of signal receiving.
(4) Test this receiver with another Bluetooth audio source device.
