Troubleshooting Information & Safety Warnings Why does not the handle turn after installation complete? Protect your User Codes and Master Code. Please turn the thumb turn to horizontal position to unlock, then the handle can be turned. Restrict access to your lock’s interior assembly and routinely check your settings to ensure they have not been altered without your knowledge.
