Condition
Pressure fluctuates from setting
Pressure does not decrease when adjusted
Air is leaking from the body and/or air vent
Cause
Incorrect flow direction
Damaged valve spring
Damaged O-ring in valve body
Damaged Diaphragm
Debris on valve seat
Blockage from debris inside valve
body
Debris on valve seat
Damaged valve spring
Damaged valve and/or O-ring
Loose bonnet/Diaphragm
Damaged Diaphragm
Solution
Reinstall with airflow in correct
direction
Replace damaged parts
Disassemble and clean parts
Disassemble and clean parts
Replace damaged parts
Reseat Diaphgragm, tighten bonnet
Replace Diaphragm Assembly
