• Fountain stopped pushing water up.
• Pump is not strong enough so I am unable to use the spout.

• Quit Working After 6mos. Purchased in January and was using regularly until I decided it was too much of a hassle to have to change the
filters every two weeks (if you don't, the water gets slimy). So, just decided to use when I'd be away for a few days. Set it up and plugged it in
before I went away last week and of course it doesn't work. Very inconvenient to have to give my cat sitter more to worry about and have to
reform my plan right before I left. And I'd course I don't see anywhere to reach out for at least a partial refund.
• Does NOT WORK Product pump did not have any pressure to pump and fill top water tray. I tried to return it but the internet was not
working inside the kohls store and I already spent a good 30 minutes in lines and driving. I just threw it in garbage

• Quality has gone down, lack of pressure. Disappointed by this model. This is the second Petlibro fountain. I purchased during Amazon prime
day in July and the fountain water pump / pressure quality has degraded. I had a previous Petlibro fountain that I loved but replaced after over
a year of having, hard water stain build up and mold getting inside the two holes where the water nozzle comes out from. This new fountain
has little pressure and I have to clean the entire fountain weekly and replace the filters weekly, where with my old fountain, I could go 3 weeks-
a month without having to do a full clean and filter replacement on the fountain. At first I thought it was the lack of water in the fountain, but
even after refilling, the flow is poor. Some of my cats can drink from the bowl, but most prefer the fountain feature.

noticed the water instead of flowing straight was going up against the piece it came out of and thought maybe I just have a malfunctioning
one as long as water comes out it's fine. Then I came home one day and it completely stopped putting out water. Tried changing filter,
different outlet it worked for awhile then stopped again. Of course this happens just outside the return window so I can't do anything. I will be
a buying a fountain from someone else as I don't want this happening again and wasted my money for it to stop working in only three weeks.
• Already broken I've only had this fountain for 2 months and it's already broken. I've had cheaper ones that have lasted 2+ years. I'm
disappointed because this one was pretty expensive.

• Asetchically Pleasing...Functional, Not so Much I wanted to love this fountain...It looks amazing, so sleek, and it's next to silent. Our old
fountain was your run of the mill plastic for $10 and I wanted something a little nicer. We have had this fountain for a week or so, and
absolutely hate it. Every day we have come home to a giant puddle on the floor, about 5-10 inches from the fountain. Never happened before
we got this fountain, so it appears to have been spewing water out. It was annoying to come home and see that, and more annoying to clean it
up. I spent an extra $5 and got a much better fountain for our furry family. This one just didn't meet my expectations for the price...
• Unseen leak I liked it at first. It seemed to work, but then I noticed I would have to refill it faster or more often than expected. Then I noticed
that every time I would refill it, there would somehow be water under it, AND under the silicon pad I had it sitting on! This happened a few
times & was ruining my parquet floor as it went unnoticed for a while. The last refill, I put a plant water catching tray under it. I refilled it and
came home to find the entire refilled fountain had drained into that tray! It has a leak, but strangely, I haven't outright seen or found it yet. I

• Don't buy this I purchased this cat fountain after returning the wireless version of the same fountain. The wireless one would not stop
leaking, no matter where I placed it or how many rules I followed. I decided to try the regular fountain instead but it has the same problem. I'm
not sure why but I've literally tried every single thing the instructions suggest. I will be returning this one, as well, and purchasing a cat fountain
from my local pet show. The leaked water ruined the hard wood floors and I would not recommend either of these products. Also, it wasn't
silent at all. I constantly sounded like a rain forest in my home. No thank you.
• It leaks... I was SO excited to get this fountain. I havr an older round one that my cats love so i thought they'd like this one. They do! But... It
leaks. I don't know where it's leaking from but I've been trying to give it the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe my cats were splashing it out
or the water was splashing from the spout. But after some time and observation, I've concluded it does leak all over the place and I'm past my
return window since I've been working a lot, so I can't even return it. I've double checked everything is in place as it should be and it's still
leaving large puddles on my countertop. Unfortunate that I have to change a towel under it every day. Love the design and shape and the cats
love the spout but... Beware of leaks.
