Decorative Duplex Tamper Resistant Receptacle, Push-In & Terminal Screws,
125VAC 15A 60HZ
INSTALLATION
1.
Install in accordance with all electrical codes and standards.
2.
Shut off power to outlet-box. See warning.
3.
Remove insulation from wire approximately 3/8" to 5/8". The HOT terminals are
marked HOT on the back. Loop each wire around terminal screws per the
diagram (or insert 14AWG solid wire only into wire holes). Loop the ground wire
around the GREEN terminal screw. Fasten screws securely. Terminal screws
accept up to 10AWG copper wire.
4. Mount the outlet using the long mounting screws provided. Attach wall plate.
5.
Restore power at the circuit breaker or fuse. See warning.

1.TO AVOID FIRE,SHOCK,OR DEATH,TURN OFF POWER AT CIRCUIT BREAKER
OR FUSE AND TEST THAT THE POWER IS OFF BEFORE WIRING!
2.USE THIS DEVICE ONLY WITH COPPER WIRE.
3.TO BE INSTALLED AND /OR USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROPRIATE
ELECTRICAL CODES AND REGULATIONS.
