danger!
The transmitter casing must be effectively grounded.
ÿ
Warning!
When the internal components of the transmitter are damaged and need
to be repaired or replaced, they need to be returned to the factory
for replacement or repair.
ÿ
danger!
To avoid the risk of explosion, the following rules must be followed:
-Ensure that the entire circuit is in an equipotential protection
state regardless of whether it is in an explosion hazardous area or
not.
-If there is a possibility of lightning stroke or overvoltage damage,
lightning protection measures must be taken to prevent overvoltage.
-It is necessary to avoid excessive dust deposition (exceeding 5mm) on
the surface of the transmitter or being completely covered by dust.
-The intrinsic safety explosion-proof system must be combined with
associated equipment that has passed explosion-proof certification
before it can be used in explosion-proof gas environments. The system
wiring must comply with the operating instructions for both the
transmitter and the associated equipment, and the wiring terminals
must not be connected incorrectly.
-Maintenance can only be carried out after confirming that there are
no combustible gases present at the installation site.
-The connecting cable between this product and its associated
equipment should be a shielded cable with insulation sheath, and its
shielding layer should be grounded in a safe place.
ÿ
danger!
Intrinsically Safe Transmitters
-Safety barriers must be equipped to be used in hazardous areas with
explosive mixtures. The safety barrier should comply with the
provisions of GB3836.4-2010 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas
Atmospheres - Part 4: Intrinsically Safe Type" i ", and have undergone
explosion-proof testing by relevant explosion-proof departments and
obtained an explosion-proof certificate. Installation should be
carried out according to the requirements of its user manual. The
system wiring is shown in the figure.

-Ensure that the connection between each intrinsically safe
transmitter complies with the intrinsically safe requirements at the
same time. The operator must ensure the intrinsic safety of the entire
system (installation of each intrinsically safe component).
-For the sake of safety, intrinsically safe circuits and non
intrinsically safe circuits shall be distinguished, and the wiring of
intrinsically safe circuits shall be separated from that of other
electrical circuits. The power transformer supplying power to the
safety barrier shall meet the requirements of Article 8.1 of
GB3836.4-2010 standard.
Warning!
ÿ
Please follow the relevant national regulations for the parts not
mentioned in the precautions for use of explosion-proof transmitter
and the parts with incomplete instructions.

Precautions for use
ÿ
Warning!
Equipment installation must be carried out without power supply.
If the transmitter is installed in harsh environments and may
encounter dangerous damage such as lightning strikes or overvoltage,
we recommend that users provide lightning protection and overvoltage
protection between the distribution box or power supply and the
transmitter.
Sensors should have good contact with the measured medium or
object as much as possible to ensure good thermal conductivity.
Install in a stable environment, avoid direct sunlight, stay away
from windows and air conditioning, heating and other equipment, and
avoid facing windows or doors directly.
The transmitter and wires should be kept away from places with
high voltage and severe electromagnetic interference, and should be
kept away from high-power interference equipment as much as possible
to avoid inaccurate measurements, such as frequency converters, motors,
etc.
ÿ
Warning!
It is prohibited to measure media that are incompatible with the
material in contact with the transmitter.
! No modifications or changes can be made on the device.2
! Handle with care and do not throw it away at will. Please do not
use brute force when installing this transmitter.
! This product belongs to weak current equipment and must be wired
separately from strong current cables. It should comply with the
relevant national wiring standards (GB/T50312-2016) for wiring.
Ensure that the power supply voltage meets the transmitter's
Power Supply
power supply requirements.
24V D C
If the pipeline pressure or flow rate exceeds the range that the
protective pipe can withstand, it needs to be customized separately.
ÿTo prevent liquid from flowing along the cable and causing water
accumulation at the waterproof joint or entering the junction box,
a U-shaped ring should be configured between the wiring box and the
transmitter as shown in the diagram, with the bottom of the U-shape
lower than the transmitter, and sufficient length of cable should be
reserved for maintenance and replacement.
