  • Page 113 BATTERY PACK LIMITED WARRANTY The lithium-ion battery pack (the “Battery Pack”) in your Vanderhall NA electric vehicles is a very technical component and is covered under this Limited Warranty. Any warranty replacement may not restore your vehicle to a condition that is “like new”.
  • Page 114 The vehicle’s estimated range is an imperfect measure of Battery Pack capacity. REMEDIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Vanderhall NA (or one of its authorized dealers, as determined by Vanderhall NA) will repair and replace the defective component, in its sole discretion.
  • Page 115 Registration Forms to Vanderhall NA within seven (7) days after delivery of the vehicle to the original purchaser. • The customer must notify the Vanderhall NA dealer from which the vehicle was purchased of any claimed defect within fifteen (15) days after first detecting the claimed defect. Warranty work in excess of $500 requires Vanderhall NA’s prior written approval.
  • Page 116 Governing Law: Any Vanderhall NA Dispute is governed by and construed under Utah law, without regard to its rules regarding conflicts of law. You agree to be subject to personal jurisdiction in any court in Utah where Vanderhall NA is subject to personal jurisdiction.
