    Your RAYCO Stump Cutter is filled at the factory with the correct service schedule. with Shell Tellus T 46 Hydraulic Fluid. This oil is formulated to provide the proper operating characteristics in a wide range of climates.
  • Page 5: Drive Belts And Chains

    To extend belt, life proper tension must be maintained. A loose belt will cause excessive cutting wheel slippage and belt failure. A belt that is too tight can cause motor bearing or cutter wheel bearing failure. Copyright © 2002 Rayco - All Rights Reserved Printed in U.S.A.

  • Page 15 Steam clean the inside of the tank, let dry thoroughly before putting the tank back on the machine. Replace and tighten straps and all fittings and hoses.   • Page 16 A 10 micron filter is used in the hydraulic fluid tank (RAYCO part # 761365). It is located on the front of the hydraulic oil reservoir. Place a drip pan to catch spilled oil and remove the fiberglass panel on the left side of the machine.
