    USING YOUR APPLIANCE Before First Use • Before using your combination microwave for the first time, please ensure the following: • Remove all packaging. If there is a protective film over the oven, please remove it before use. • Inspect the microwave carefully for any damage. If there is any, please contact customer services immediately.
  • Page 11 USING YOUR APPLIANCE Initial Use • It is normal for the microwave to emit slight smoke or a smell during the first few uses due to any residual manufacturing oil or residue in the cavity or heating element. This will stop after a few uses.
  • Page 12 USING YOUR APPLIANCE Caution: 1. The maximum time that can be set on the microwave is 60 minutes. 2. Never use the grill rack during microwave cooking. 3. Never operate the oven while empty. 4. At maximum power, the microwave will automatically reduce the power level after a certain amount of time to prolong the appliance’s lifespan.
