    Montaggio della macchina Il montaggio avviene inserendo il gruppo tramoggia nelle due aste filettate (1.1), sporgenti dal corpo base, avvitando non a fondo le due manopole di colore rosso (1.2). GRUPPO TRAMOGGIA CORPO BASE Accensione della macchina Prima di procedere all’accensione della macchina accertarsi che la tensione di rete disponibile (volt) sia uguale al valore della tensione elettrica indicata sulla targa della macchina.
  • Page 6 PROGRAMMAZIONE La macchina dispone di tre possibilità di lavoro che sono Lavoro in ciclo AUTOMATICO Lavoro in ciclo MANUALE Lavoro in ciclo CONTINUO TASTIERA DI COMANDO CICLO DI LAVORO AUTOMATICO La macchina eroga in automatico la quantità di prodotto impostata con la pausa tra un dosaggio e l’altro impostata.

Nota: Prerogativa della macchina Dosiplus PRO è quella di avere nel tempo totale della scala dei numeri da digitare, a partire dallo 01, 02, 03 fino alla composizione del numero 99, intervalli di tempi, tra un numero e il successivo, costanti, questo per consentire, all’utilizzatore, una facile ricerca della comparazione tempo/numero da memorizzare.

    MANUTENZIONE (da farsi frequentemente) Il corpo base non richiede interventi di manutenzione se non, periodicamente, una corretta pulizia di tutte le parti esterne. Per il gruppo tramoggia si consiglia, ad ogni cambio di prodotto da dosare, un lavaggio dei componenti da eseguire con acqua calda oppure in lavastoviglie. I componenti interessati al lavaggio si smontano dal gruppo tramoggia nel seguente modo (i numeri sono riferiti all’esploso che viene fornito a corredo macchina): •...

    Mounting of the machine The machine is assembled by inserting the hopper unit in the two threaded rods (1.1) protruding from the base, tightening, but not fully, the two red knobs (1.2). HOPPER UNIT BASE BODY Switching the system on Before switching the machine on, make sure that the mains voltage (volt) available is equal to the value of the voltage stated on the machine data plate.

    Aufbau der Maschine Der Aufbau erfolgt durch das Aufsetzen der Trichtereinheit auf die Maschinenbasis aus der die beiden Gewindestangen (1.1) hervorstehen, wobei die beiden roten Drehknöpfe (1.2) hier anschließend nicht vollständig festgezogen werden.
