3. Installation Electrical Disconnection All work must be carried out with the equipment fully isolated from the power supply. The electrical connection and any disconnection is to only be carried out by a certified electrician. The fan may not be operated with transformer controllers. All relevant safety regulation, national standards and norms are to be adhered to.

moves to above the middle of the 3 vents as shown and lift off the cover: 3. Locate the iCON cover spring underneath the cover. If the spring requires replacement, simply unhook it from each side and replace with the new iCON cover spring by re-hooking to the two hooks.

5. Next remove the white actuator clip. 6. Replacing the Actuator: To replace the red/brown actuator, remove it from the fan casing lift the actuator slightly from the right-hand side. Press at the base to unclip it from the fan casing as shown:...

7. Next remove the wired metal clips from the existing actuator as per image shown. The metal clips pull off. Taking care to not damage or place strain on the black wiring.

8. Then replace the existing actuator with the new actuator from the iCON Spares Kit by reconnecting the metal wired clips. 9. Re-fit the actuator into the fan casing by clipping in the square bottom into the housing clip and then pressing it securely back into place.

10. Re-attach the white actuator clip ensuring the correct alignment as shown and that the small curved clip is placed under the pointed part of the actuator: 11. Screw in the new Actuator clip washer and screw.

12. Replace the iCON cover onto the fan casing, lining up the screw hole between the first and second vents. 13. Turn the iCON cover to the left to line it up to screw the iCON front cover screw back in. This secures the iCON fan cover.

Re-connect the electric supply and test your iCON fan and the iris works correctly. 4.
