DB11 and DB13 Bullet Cameras
Quick Start Guide
The Eagle Eye DB11 is a 4 Megapixel bullet camera. The Eagle Eye
DB13 is an 8 Megapixel bullet camera. These models are suitable
for indoor and outdoor use for a wide range of applications. The
cameras are pre-configured to securely operate with the Eagle
Eye Cloud VMS and Eagle Eye CameraManager. Follow the
instructions in this guide to correctly install the camera and add it
to the Eagle Eye Cloud VMS.

Check the Package Contents
Open the package and check the product for obvious
damage. Confirm that all items in the packing list are
included in the box.

The DB11 and DB13 dimensions are below in millimeters.

Prepare the Installation Site
Attach the hole-pattern template sticker to the wall or
ceiling where you want to install the camera. Drill four
holes in the wall or ceiling as indicated on the sticker, and
then remove the template. Use the included screws or
drywall inserts (if needed) to mount the camera. As shown
below.

If using additional mounting hardware (a backbox or
pendant cap and wall arm), prepare and mount the
hardware to the surface).
Note: If installing the camera outdoors, use weatherproof
grommets (included in the accessory package).

Install an SD Card (Camera Direct)
If you are using Camera Direct, install an SD card in the
SD card slot on the bottom of the camera.

Connect the Camera to a Power Supply
Attach an Ethernet cable to connect the camera to a
network switch. If the switch does not provide power
over Ethernet (PoE), attach 12V power to the 12V power
connector.
