This installation guide describes the installation of Sunbeam Nova systems for mounting solar modules on flat roofs. Installation always needs to be based on a configuration and ballast plan generated by the Sunbeam Calculator software. Please keep a copy of the configuration and ballast plan and this installation guide with your project documentation.
General Main parts Base units The base units support the system. They are available in several lengths, enabling you to vary the distance between the rows. base unit M (with ‘connector’) base unit E (without ‘connector’) optional Carriers Attach the carriers to the base units to form a stable triangular base for mounting the solar panels.
Only systems that are installed according to a configuration and ballast plan generated with the current version of the Sunbeam Calculator at the time of ordering the system, are eligible for the Sunbeam product warranty. For more information about the warranty terms and conditions: see last page.
