CONTROL E-SEAT
REF 819732
1080 m3/h
The CONTROL E-SEAT controls the air extraction rate of a fume hood. It sends a 0/10v voltage to
vary the frequency of a motor.
A rotary sensor measures the height of the window sash and thus regulates the air flow. A speed
sensor determines the flow rate, and an audible and visual alarm is triggered in case of
insufficient speed, excessive sash height, or other malfunctions.
Several operating modes are programmable: 2 speeds, multi-speed, linear speed, PID sensor, etc.
The remote HMI allows controlling the fume hood and making on-site adjustments.
A MODBUS connection is provided to link all CONTROL E-SEAT and interface them with a CAPTUR
E-SEAT controller and a BMS.

The remote HMI allows you to control the operation of the system and to make adjustments for each of the operating modes. Thanks to the MODBUS link, several CONTROL E-SEAT can be interconnected and the installation of a CAPTUR E-SEAT controller allows all air flows in the laboratory to be controlled.

Wiring rules: The 0-10V links between the controller and the drive or motorized damper must be made with shielded cables. All low-voltage control cables (0-10V, linear sensor, probe, HMI, MODBUS link, etc.) must not run next to the power cables (230V, 400V power supply and motor and inverter cable). Cables connecting drives to motors can generate electromagnetic disturbances, these cables must be shielded, and the shield must be connected to the drive's grounding bracket.
