    Status Explanation A USB device is connected and active. Blinking The data is transmitting (sending/receiving). A normal connection (rate with 2500Mbps) is On (Blue) through its corresponding port. Blinking(Blue) The data is transmitting (sending/receiving). LAN1 A normal connection (rate with 10/100/1000Mbps) On (White) is through its corresponding port.

Press the button and keep for more than 10 seconds. Then the router will restart with the factory default configuration.

    Connect VigorAP 905 to xDSL modem, router, or switch/hub in your network through the LAN 1 port of the access point by Ethernet cable. You can also connect VigorAP 905 to a Vigor router via wireless connection. For detailed information, refer to VigorAP 905 User’s Guide.
  • Page 11 For wall-mounting, refer to the following steps. Drill two holes on the wall. The distance between the holes shall be 100mm. The recommended drill diameter shall be 6mm (15/64”). Fit screws into the wall using the appropriate type of screw plug. Hang the VigorAP directly onto the screws.

    Mesh Root (e.g., VigorAP 905) within the mesh network. The user must detect VigorAP 905 via a Mesh Root to add it as a mesh node. As an access point, VigorAP 905 must be connected to a router and configured the operation mode.

    IP address of the computer to be in the same subnet as the IP address of VigorAP 905. If there is no DHCP server on the network, then VigorAP 905 will have an  IP address of 192.168.1.2.
  • Page 14 Method 2: 1. Use a mobile phone to scan the QR code named with DrayTek Wireless App to download DrayTek Wireless APP. 2. After opening the DrayTek website, use the scroll bar to locate the Wireless APP.
