A1(ANKLE SUPPORT) INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
READ THIS FIRST
Please read this information leaflet carefully and keep it for the duration of the product.
This product is intended for stabilizing the ankle to prevent and alleviate an injury.
This product is side (left and right) specific.
Choose the correct size and apply the product properly as instructed, otherwise, you may not obtain the
proper performance of the product.
This product should be worn over clothing only.
WARNING
Do not use the product if you have sensitive skin, or any issues like fractures, wounds, numbness, swelling,
or eczema in the area of use.
This product contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions.
This product is intended to be used for the ankle only.
Do not use the product while sleeping. Do not tighten excessively.
If it comes loose or shifts during use, correct it by following the steps from the beginning. Also, if you use it
for a long time, be careful not to put excessive pressure on it and apply it as appropriate.
Discard the product if damaged. Do not attempt to modify or repair the product.
If injury, skin irritation, or other unusual reactions occur during use, stop using immediately and consult a doctor.
CAUTION
Do not attach fasteners to clothes.
CARE AND CLEANING
Follow the care label instructions for washing. Close the fasteners and use a laundry net when washing with
other items.
HOW TO APPLY
*Illustrations are for the right leg. Since the product is made especially for the left and right sides, be sure
that you use it for the correct side.
1. Release all fasteners. Slide your foot, toes first, into the support with your ankle at a right angle so that
the center of the foot is aligned to the products' center line(A). Ensure the inner ankle bone is aligned
with the area the circle(B) indicates.
2.3. With the soles of your feet on the floor, pull back straps upward at opposite angles and attach each
fastener.
4. Pull the stirrup strap(C) straight up so it does not sag and fasten it.
5. Pull the lateral strap(D) according to your intention below.
[a] For inversion restriction, pull the strap toward the medial side upward.
[b] For medial/ lateral stability, pull the strap horizontally toward the medial side.
6. Wrap the upper strap(E) and fasten the hook.
[1] Wrap the upper strap(E) around your leg.
[2] Pass the strap through the loop(F).
[3] Fold the strap back and attach the fastener.
7. Product properly fastened. Keep the product in place, wrinkle-free, with moderate compression.

Once you have finished using the product, please dispose of it according to local specifications.
