Charging Guide

Power On and Off

Power On: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds until you hear the voice prompt indicating that the device has turned on.

Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt confirming that the device has turned off.

Connection Guide

  1. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt confirming that the device is turned on.
  2. Open the Bluetooth settings on your mobile device, search for "PDX421", and select it to establish a connection.
  3. Once the initial pairing is successful, the headset will automatically reconnect to the last paired mobile device whenever it is powered on, eliminating the need for repeated pairing.

Indicator Light Status

  1. Power-on status: The indicator light flashes alternately white and green.
  2. Shutdown status: The white light remains on for 2 seconds before turning off.
  3. Bluetooth mode (searching for a device): The indicator light flashes white and green alternately.
  4. Bluetooth mode (connected to a device): No indicator light is displayed.
  5. 5G mode (searching for a device): The indicator light flashes white.
  6. 6G mode (connected to a device): The indicator light remains solid with the white light on.
  7. Charging status: The indicator light remains on while charging.
  8. Full power status: The indicator light turns off when fully charged.
  9. Low power state: When the battery is low, a voice prompt will play once, and the green indicator light will flash rapidly.
  10. Call status:
    1. When receiving a call, the headphone synchronizes with the phone's ringtone.
    2. If the phone does not support ringtone synchronization, a "Didi" prompt tone will play.
    3. The green LED indicator will light up every 10 seconds.

2.4G Receiver Indicator

  1. Searching for a device: The indicator light flashes red and blue alternately.

Button Controls

Media Functions

  1. Increase Volume: Tap the "+" button to gradually raise the volume.
  2. Decrease Volume: Tap the "-" button to lower the volume.
  3. Skip to the Next Track: Press and hold the "+" button until the track advances.
  4. Skip to the Previous Track: Press and hold the "-" button to return to the previous track.
  5. Play or Pause Audio: Tap the power button to start or pause playback.

Call Management

  1. Answer an Incoming Call: Double-tap the power button to accept an incoming call.
  2. Reject an Incoming Call: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to decline an incoming call.
  3. End an Ongoing Call: Tap the power button four times to disconnect the call.

Microphone Mute Mode

Tap the M function button to toggle the microphone mute feature on or off.

Bluetooth and 2.4G Mode Switching

  1. Switch Between Bluetooth and 2.4G Mode: Double-tap the M function button to toggle between Bluetooth mode and 2.4G mode.
  2. Before using 2.4G mode, ensure that the 2.4G receiver is properly inserted into the corresponding device.
  3. If using the 2.4G receiver USB port, the Type-C port terminal must be inserted to activate the connection successfully.

Reconnection and Reset

  1. While the device is powered on, simultaneously press and hold both the "+"and "-" buttons for 5 seconds.
  2. If a prompt tone is heard, the reset process has been completed successfully

Wired Connection

To use the headphones in wired mode, insert the audio cable into the headphone jack and connect the USB port to the desired device. When the wired connection is established, the Bluetooth function will automatically be disabled.

External Microphone

To enhance voice clarity, insert the configured external microphone into the designated microphone input port. This ensures clearer audio quality for calls and voice recordings.

warning Note: When the headphones are in wired connection mode, the external microphone will function normally.

App Connection

Android Phone Connection

Ensure that the headphones are powered on and that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device. The iKF app should be running on your phone.

  1. When the app detects the device, a pop-up window will appear with the available model. Select the model to connect.
  2. Alternatively, on the home page of the app, tap the ( ) icon in the upper-right corner to manually add a device.
  3. Once the device is detected, tap "Connect" to complete the pairing process.

iOS Device Connection

Manually pair the headset via the Bluetooth settings on your iOS device before proceeding with the app connection.

  1. Open the iKF app on your device.
  2. If the app detects the device, a pop-up window will display the available model. Select the model to connect.
  3. Alternatively, on the home page of the app, tap the ( ) icon in the upper right corner to manually add a device.
  4. After the device is found, tap "Connect" to finalize the connection.

  1. Ensure that the headset and the connected device are within a valid connection range and that there are minimal obstacles that may interfere with the signal.
  2. Occasional disconnections may occur, similar to WiFi connectivity issues. These disruptions can be caused by signal interference. If this happens, wait a few moments or change your location to restore the connection.
  3. If the headset fails to connect to a device, verify that the headset is powered on and not connected to another device.
  4. To maintain battery health, fully charge the headset at least once a month.
    Prolonged periods without use may result in battery degradation.
  5. Sound insulation and leakage depend on the fit and positioning of the headphones as well as the volume level.
  6. Adjust the wearing angle and ear coverage for optimal comfort and audio performance.
  7. Ensure that the ear/head foam padding is properly positioned for better sound isolation.
  8. Use only a standard-compliant charging adapter to charge the headset, as incompatible chargers may cause damage.
  9. Do not expose the headset to water, rain, or excessive moisture. Avoid using the headset while bathing or in wet conditions.
  10. After each use, clean the headset with a dry cloth or paper towel to remove sweat and stains before storage.
