structure artificielle d'escalade (SAE), nous vous recommandons de lire attentivement les consignes suivantes.

Les volumes en bois Artline sont conçus pour être fixés sur des murs en bois ou en béton. Ils sont
conformes à la norme européenne en vigueur : EN 12-572-3. Pour votre sécurité Artline propose
des câbles métalliques reliant le volume au mur, fournis sur demande. Cela permet d'éviter la
chute au sol en cas de rupture des points de fixation.
Safety :
Artline's plywood volumes are designed to be fixed to plywood or concrete walls (bolt option
only). They comply with the current European standard: EN 12-572-3. For your safety, Artline can
provide metal cables to connect the volume to the wall, on request. This ensures that, in the case
of breakage of the fixing points, the volume remains attached to the wall by the cable (safety line).
Sicherheit :
Die Holzvolumen von Artline wurden entwickelt um auf Multiplex Holzplatten oder Betonwänden
(nur die Bolt On Holzvolumen) geschraubt zu werden. Die Volumen entsprechen dem aktuellen
europäischen Standard EN 12-572-3. Für noch mehr Sicherheit bietet Artline auf Anfrage auch
Stahlseile an, um das Volumen zusätzlich mit der Wand zu verbinden. Dies stellt sicher, dass es
an der Wand bleibt auch wenn die Fixpunkte ausfallen sollten.
Installation :
Le volume doit reposer sur toute la surface de fixation qui doit être plane, saine et conforme à la
norme EN12572-1/2.
Si le mur est en bois, les planches doivent être en contreplaqué d'au moins 18 mm. Les volumes
doivent être fixés par des vis à bois VBA de diamètre 5mm. Tous les points de fixations doivent être
utilisés. Les têtes de vis doivent être affleurantes à la surface du volume.
Si le mur est en béton, les volumes doivent être fixés par des vis cylindriques CHC M10 aux inserts
du mur par le trou de vis central. La vis CHC doit être amorcée dans l'insert à la profondeur
minimum de 1 cm. Pour éviter la rotation du volume, il est nécessaire d'ajouter une VBA venant se
visser dans une cheville béton.
Installation :
The volume must be in full contact on the wall which must be flat and clean.
If the wall is made of plywood, it must be at least 18 mm thick, in accordance with the 12572-1/2
standard. The volumes must be fixed with 5mm diameter VBA wood screws. All fixing points must
be used. The screw heads must be flush with the surface of the volume.
If the wall is made of concrete, the volumes must be fixed with a M10 CHC bolt on concrete
dowels. There is only one fixing point, which is located at the central bolt hole. The CHC bolt must
be primed into the insert to a minimum depth of 1 cm. Then, in order to avoid rotation, the volume
must be fixed by a VBA screw using a specific dowel for concrete walls.
Einbau :
Das Volumen muss ganzflächig an der Wand anliegen. Die Wandoberfläche muss sauber und
eben sein.
In Übereinstimmung mit der 12572-1/2 Norm müssen Wände aus Multiplex Holz mindestens 18
mm dick sein. Die Holzvolumen müssen mit Holzschrauben angebracht werden, die einen Durch-
messer von 5 mm haben. Es müssen alle vorgesehenen Fixpunkte benutzt werden. Der
Holzschraubenkopf muss bündig mit dem Volumen abschließen.
Wenn die Wand aus Beton ist, müssen die Volumen mit einer M10 Zylinderkopfschraube und
Betondübel fixiert werden. Hierfür gibt es nur einen Fixierungspunkt, der sich in der Mitte des
Volumens befindet. Die Zylinderkopfschraube muss mindestens 1 cm tief in den Dübel reichen.
Um eine Rotation zu verhindern muss das Volumen zusätzlich mit einer Holzschraube und
speziellem Betondübel fixiert werden.
