MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS CARE OF STAINLESS STEEL Stainless steel is a marvelous material: strong, lustrous and low maintenance. With a minimum of care, it will normally retain its beauty and durability for the life of the equipment. In some applications, however, special care is required in order to maintain stainless steel’s special properties.
Inspect warmer tank for damage. Damage to the outer body may allow grease and water to leak into insulation and heating element, causing a potential fire and/or electric shock hazard. Contact your Authorized APW Wyott Service Agency to inspect warmer if water or grease contamination is suspected. Close drain valve. Add proper amount of warm water.
