    Connect Power over Ethernet (PoE) Connect one end of an Ethernet cable (included with your access point) to the LAN port on the DAP-2360 and the other end of the Ethernet cable to either your computer or to your PoE switch.     1. Why can’t I access the web-based configuration utility? When entering the IP address of the D-Link access point (192.168.0.50 for example), you are not connecting to a website on the Internet nor do you have to be connected to the Internet. The device has the utility built-in to a ROM chip in the device itself.
