How to Load Paper Loading Paper in the Paper Drawer • When loading paper of a size larger than 298.5 mm, remove the A5/A6 Attachment from inside the paper drawer. When loading paper of 298.5 mm or smaller in size, place the A5/A6 Attachment back into the dedicated storing space inside the paper drawer.

Loading Envelopes CAUTION! • Envelopes can only be loaded in the multi-purpose tray or the standard paper drawer. • Do not use envelopes that have glue attached to their flaps, as the glue may melt due to the heat and pressure of the fixing unit.
