● When the AC plug is connected into AC outlet for the first time "LOADING" is displayed for
approximately 50 seconds while microprocessor is being initialized. Make sure to start
operations only after "LOADING" disappears from the front display panel.
● When switching to the DVD mode with the VC-VDV 204U cable (IEEE 1394 cable)
connected, the TV screen may appear all blue or black. To avoid this, re-connect the VC-VDV
204U cable.
In addition, when performing IEEE 1394 connection, be sure to do as follows.
1. Switch the unit to DVD mode.
2. Set the unit's input to "DV".
3. Connect the VC-VDV 204U cable.
● If the unit malfunctions, please reset the unit by pressing and holding "STOP" and
"OPERATE" buttons together until "LOADING" starts blinking on the front display panel or
simply reset AC power.
