6. Trouble shooting
Phenomenon
Cannot install L
Wall Manager.
ED
Software cannot run.
RS-485 communication is failed.
Video Distributor can be detected,
but LED modules cannot be
controlled.
RS-232 communication is failed.
This software requires Microsoft .NET Frameworks 3.5. SP1.
(1) If a following dialog box is displayed, "Microsoft .NET Frameworks 3.5. SP1"
has not been installed in your computer. Please install it before installation of
LED Wall Manager.
(2) If a following dialog box is displayed, "Microsoft .NET Frameworks 3.5. SP1"
may be uninstalled after install LED Wall Manager.
(1) Have you installed RS-485 Driver adaptor? go to 2.1
(2) Confirm COM port for USB/RS-485 adaptor. go to 4.1 (1)
(3) The communication settings may be changed. Confirm it. go to 4.1 (2)
(4) Confirm Ethernet cable between adaptor and Video Distributor. The cable
should be straight type cable.
The signal cables from Video Distributor to LED modules should be Dual-Link
DVI-D cable. Please confirm the cables.
(1) Confirm COM port for RS-232.
(2) The communication settings may be changed. Confirm it. go to 6.1
