Specific Operation Warnings ⚠WARNING To prevent serious injury or property damage, read and understand owner’s manual before operating. Always use the proper protective equipment, including ANSI Z87.1 compliant eye protection, heavy duty work gloves, and hearing protection Rotating Parts Hazard. Do not place tools, hoses, hands, arms, or any part of the body inside the drum unless motor is off, and the power cord unplugged. -
Page 8: Extension Cords
The grounding prong in the plug is connected through the green wire inside the cord to the grounding system in the tool. The green wire in the cord must be the only wire connected to the tool’s grounding system and must never be attached to an electrically live terminal. Your tool must be plugged into an appropriate outlet, properly installed and grounded in accordance with all codes and ordinances. -

Assembly Instructions ⚠WARNING Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section at the beginning of this manual including all text under subheadings therein before set-up or use of this product. TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM ACCIDENTAL OPERATION, turn the Power Switch of the tool to the ”OFF” position and unplug the tool from electrical outlet before assembling or making any adjustments to the tool. - Page 11 Figure. C 4. With assistance, set the Lower Drum (30) with the attached Aluminum Bracket (13) into the Crossbeam assembly. Fasten together using Hex Bolts (51), Flat Washer (10), and a Hex Nut (9). (See Figure. D) Figure. D 5. Use Hex Bolts (11) to mount the Handle Control Plate (8) to the U-Tube (14). Fasten together with Hex Bolt (11), Flat Washer (10) and Hex Nut (9).
