    Intended Use The Klutch 4.25 Cubic Ft. Portable Gas-Powered Cement Mixer is powered by a gas engine and features a 4.25-cubic ft. drum capacity. The drum rotates 360° for variable pouring angles. It rolls on two 10-inch solid rubber tires for easy portability. Powder-coated steel frame and drum resists corrosion.

    Assembly Instructions ⚠WARNING • Read the ENTIRE MANUAL - IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: Read all sections of this manual including all text under subheadings therein before set-up or use of this product. 1. Place the Crossbeam (71) into the Wheel Bracket (4) so the bolt holes line up. Fasten together using Hex Bolts (64), a Flat Washer (55), and a Hex Nut (5).
  • Page 9 6. Use a Hex Bolt (23) to mount the Handle Plate (41) to the U-Tube (70). Fasten together with a Flat Washer (55) and a Hex Nut (5). 7. Attach the Control Handle (46) to the U-Tube (70) shaft by inserting the Coil Spring (43) into the lower hole of the Spring Base.
  • Page 10 11. Mount each Mixing Blade (62) inside the assembled Drum with the pointed end facing down. The open end of each Blade should point in the direction of the Drum rotation (counter-clockwise). Fasten the Blade to the Drums using a Hex Bolt (61), Washer (55), Seal Washers (56), and a Hex Flange Nut (5).

    Before Moving or Transporting Mixer When transporting the mixer, the Lift Bar (73) must be secured with a Locking Pin (58) to hold the Lift Bar. After Each Use ⚠WARNING • Recheck all fasteners and other connections for tightness. 1. Once materials are mixed, tilt the Drum and dump the mixture where needed. The Drum will rotate while the mixture is dumping.
  • Page 13 Maintain the mixer by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance with the following recommended procedures. It is recommended that the general condition of any tool be examined before it is used. Keep your tool in good repair. Keep handles dry, clean, and free from oil and grease.
