General

2.1.1

License conditions

• For the usage of this library a plant license is mandatory.
• The blocks are valid in one coherent plant.
• A plant license includes 20 license keys.
• Two license keys are required for a redundant CPU pair.
• One license key is required for a single CPU.
2.1.2

Hardware

• You can only use S7-41x (like S7-417 or S7-410) with ET 200M and PROFIBUS DP and CP341
or ET 200SP HA with PROFINET and CM PtP.
• For use with ET 200SP HA the release of the IM155-6-PN-HA IM153-2 module has to be
greater than or equal V3.
• For use with ET 200SP, the modules must be approved.
• The release of the IM155-6-PN-HA IM153-2 module has to be greater than or equal V1.2.

Software

•
– PCS 7 V7.1 SP2 to V8.2 SP1 (S7HMODM3 V4.9)
– PCS 7 V9.0 to V10.0 (S7HMODM3 V7.4)

• The usage with a S7-416 and plan-in-plan technique, is not approved

Application in the field with CP 341

For the realization of a Modbus - Master communication via the CP 341, the communication
processor will be connected via PROFIBUS DP to a S7-41x, respectively a S7-417 H for the
redundant version.
