SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS READ ALL SAFETY INFORMATION AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU BEGIN INSTALLING THE FAN AND SAVE INSTRUCTIONS. CAUTION: All set screws of the fan must be checked and retightened where necessary before installation. To reduce the risk of personal injury, do not bend the blade brackets when installing the brackets, balancing the blades or cleaning fan. - Page 5 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Turn OFF the electrical power at the main fuse or circuit breaker. 2. Remove the canopy from the mounting bracket by Mounting removing the two mounting bracket screws from the Bracket Screw round holes in the canopy and save for later use. Then loosen the other two mounting bracket screws from the L-shaped slots.
- Page 6 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 5. Feed the wires coming from the yoke through the yoke cover, canopy and downrod. Downrod Canopy Yoke Cover Yoke 6. Insert the downrod into the yoke and reinstall the Downrod downrod pin and downrod clip. Then re-tighten the two Yoke set screws.
- Page 7 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 9. Raise the canopy, ensure the two mounting bracket Mounting L-shaped Slot Bracket Screw screws are aligned with the L-shaped slots in the canopy. Then turn the canopy counter clockwise until the mounting bracket screws are completely engaged in the L-shaped slots.
- Page 8 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 13. Remove the three switch housing screws from the light kit. Then, connect the single-pin connectors from the switch housing to the single-pin connectors from the light kit -- blue to black and white to white. Single-pin Connector Secure the light kit to the switch housing using the three Switch switch housing screws.
- Page 9 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 17. Attach the pull chain extensions to the pull chains. Assembly is complete. Turn on the circuit breakers and the wall switch to the fan supply lead wires. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Use the fan reverse switch, located on the switch housing to optimize your fan for seasonal performance.

TROUBLESHOOTING If you have difficulty operating your new ceiling fan, it may be the result of incorrect assembly, installation or wiring. In some cases, these installation errors may be mistaken for defects. If you experience any faults, please check the Troubleshooting section below.
